Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Promoter The promoter of this competition is Rathbones Investment Management Limited (‘Rathbones’), Port of Liverpool Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1NW.
The prize All eligible entrants into the prize draw will have the chance to win one of five pairs of tickets to watch a performance at the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic. The approximate value for each pair of tickets equates to £80. There is no cash alternative.
Eligibility The Rathbones Royal Liverpool Philharmonic ticket prize draw competition is open to businesses that have made the Tech Climbers Liverpool City region Main List and One's to Watch list for 2025.
Rathbones assumes that by entering the competition (and it is warranted that) participants are aged 18 or over. It is not open to employees of subsidiaries of Rathbones Group Plc or related parties of such employees, and anyone directly connected to the promotion. Rathbones reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
How to enter
Please complete the online form with your details by midnight on Friday 16 May 2025. Entrance into the draw is free.
Names will be drawn at random on Monday 19 May 2025 and winners will be notified on or before Wednesday 21 May 2025 by email. Winners must request their chosen performance tickets by midnight Friday 30 May 2025 for performances scheduled up to 31 August 2025. To request tickets please email lyndsey.crump@rathbones.com. Please note that all performances are subject to availability.
Once requested, winners will be directed to the ticket office at Royal Liverpool Philharmonic to facilitate the booking. Once the booking is confirmed tickets will be issued via email from the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic.
By entering the draw, participants will be deemed to have accepted to be bound by these terms and conditions and have the legal capacity to enter any relevant consent and warrant that all information submitted is current and complete.
No purchase is necessary in order to enter the competition. The draw will be open from Tuesday 6 May 2025 and will close at midnight on Friday 16 May 2025. No more than one entry per person or email address will be accepted.
Rathbones accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received due to factors outside of its control. Illegible or fraudulent entries, or entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions, will be disqualified. Entries will only be accepted by completion of the above online form.
There are no alternative prizes, and no cash refunds or part-cash refunds will be offered. All taxes, insurance and anything else associated with the use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Rathbones will not use the details of winners in any post competition publicity without the written consent of those involved. In all matters, Rathbones’ decision is final, and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
Data Protection 1. Rathbones Investment Management Limited (“RIM”) is considered the data controller with respect to any personal data submitted by entrants to the Draw. (“Draw Personal Data”).
2. Rathbones Investment Management Limited will use, transfer and disclose your Draw Personal Data for the purposes of administering this Draw, including arranging the delivery of the prize to the winner, where applicable. Rathbones Investment Management Limited may also publish the winner's names for promotional purposes. By completing the entry form, you consent to RIM processing your information for the purposes of administering the Draw.
3. Rathbones Investment Management Limited will keep your Draw Personal Data for as long as is needed to administer the Draw or if you have consented, to contact you to discuss Rathbones’ products and services.
4. You have certain rights under data protection laws which may be subject to limitations and/or restrictions. These rights include the right to: a) request access to and rectification or erasure of your Draw Personal Data; b) obtain a restriction of processing or to object to processing of your Draw Personal Data; c) the right to data portability; d) the right to withdraw consent to Rathbones Investment Management Limited’s processing of the Draw Personal Data at any time; and e) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Further rights and information Rathbones reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion without notice or liability. Rathbones reserves the right to substitute the prizes for one of equal or equivalent value.
Rathbones will not be liable for any damage or loss to persons or property resulting from the prizes. To the fullest extent that may be excluded by law, Rathbones accepts no responsibility for, or liability arising from, participants taking part in the promotion, or the prizes and all activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk. Copyright for all entries will become the property of Rathbones and may be used by Rathbones in any manner it chooses without further consent and entries will not be returned.
This promotion shall be governed by English Law and each entrant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Promotional material forms part of the terms and conditions.
